Privacy policy

We want your visit to https://www.rrj.studio to stay simple and discreet. Here is what the site does, and what it doesn't.

Data controller

RRJ Studio, 78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, bureau 326, 75008 Paris. Contact: contact@rrj.studio

What the site does not collect

What stays on your device

Weather

The site shows a weather icon. The data is generated on the site's server (hosted by Vercel) from the OpenWeather service: your browser does not contact any third-party service for this display. The weather shown is for Paris: your location is never requested or used.

Fonts

Fonts are hosted with the site, on Vercel. No request is sent to a third-party service to load them.

Audience measurement

To know which pages are viewed and where visits come from, we use PostHog, hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). Data goes through our own domain, rrj.studio.

You can object to this measurement at any time: Turn off audience measurement. If you turn off audience measurement, this choice is stored on your device, without any identifier, so it is respected on your next visits. It is kept for 13 months at most.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. As with any website, the host processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested) in server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working properly. These logs are kept for a limited period, in line with the host's policy. As Vercel is based in the United States, this data may be transferred there; the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you write to us

If you write to contact@rrj.studio (through the link or after copying the address), your email address and message are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive. They are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. They are never sold; only our email provider (Gandi SAS, France) has technical access to them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data. To exercise them: contact@rrj.studio.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
